Mirror Lake Inn "Three for Two" ski package Located in the Alpine village of Lake Placid, visitors can stay two nights at the Mirror Lake Inn and receive the 3rd night free. This package includes two lift tickets valid for three days at either Whiteface or Gore Mountain. This particular package is available from February 26 through March 14 and is valued at $650.00 per couple. Copperfield Inn New Year's Eve package This holiday celebration package includes luxurious accommodations in a AAA Four Diamond Inn for three nights. It includes dinner each night, breakfast each day and a four hour New Year's Eve party with live entertainment. This package is available for $414.00 per person from December 29, 2005 through January 2, 2006 The Wawbeek Great Camp Winter Weekend This two-day package includes meals, campfire cocktail hour, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, all in an authentic Adirondack great camp setting. The Wawbeek's chef packs light lunches for guests to take on their day's outing. Cross country skis and snowshoes are available for guests' use; and many of the resort's trails can be easily walked. This package is available during January and March, 2006 for $375.00 per couple. Melody Lodge Bed N' Sled package This lodge, originally built in 1912 as a private music school, offers two nights accommodation mid-week, along with one snowmobile rental for two days, safety orientation and helmet for $235.00 per person from mid- December through mid-April. Visitors can literally go snowmobiling right from the doorstep of Melody Lodge. Lapland Lake Nordic Vacation Center Lapland Lake is a Finnish-flavored resort owned and operated for over 27 years by U.S. Olympic skier Olavi Hirvonen and his family. This resort offers many kilometers of illuminated cross country ski trails, snowshoe trails, ice skating, and a snow-tubing area. In addition, the resort has two domesticated reindeer on site. Visitors can make themselves at home in one of the resort's Finnish tupas (private, cozy cottages) containing living and dining areas, kitchen and toasty woodstove. This package is available mid-week from December through April for $75.00 per person, per night for two nights, with the third night for free.
