Adirondack Riverwalking offers two unique eco-trips:

Forest Bathing will open your senses to the sights, sounds, smells and textures of an Adirondack forest through an ease-full walk in the forest without a goal, an objective or the need to accomplish anything.  In the summer and fall, don a pair of waders for Riverwalking and discover the joy of being in moving water, feeling the current, surrounded by the sounds of the river and the beauty of the Sentinel Range. In winter, grab a pair of snowshoes and join a Winter Forst Bathing excursion to explore the pristine landscape.

Our highly skilled and experienced guides will invite you through a series of brief ever-changing activities to engage all our senses and become fully present to nature and to yourself. Walk away feeling invigorated yet deeply relaxed.

Half day trips (approximately 2.5 hours) are offered in several locations.
Pre-registration required: 24 hour minimum.

Group size is limited to a maximum of 8 people. Children 12 years of age and up are welcome.

You can also reserve a private guided trip for your group or family exclusively.

*Waders and wading boot rentals are available for Riverwalking or bring your own.
