Winter fun for everyone on beautiful Brant Lake!
The Brant Lake Winter Carnival is an absolute blast on ice! The carnival features the always riveting Outhouse Races, which stars decorated and occupied outhouses that are pushed on skis. The races are run in memory of Davin Berg. Prize money for the Outhouse Races totals $1,000. The Fry Pan Toss for all ages is another event that you don't want to miss!
Winter sports include broomball tournament, curling, dog sled rides, snowshoe races, Foosball play-offs, ice hockey shoot-off, ice bowling, The snowshoe races will take place in Pottersville at Stone Bridge & Caves, 535 Stone Bridge Road, and Vintage Snowmobile display and Parade. Bring your ice skates, and don't forget sleds for the children's sledding hill! Free horse-drawn carriage rides will be provided by Adirondack Carriages!
There is music to dance along to and food and beverages provided by the local Boy Scouts and Jimbo's Club at the Point to warm you up. A great way to end your winter fun is to enjoy the fireworks at dusk.
