Our family-oriented facility features state of the art equipment and training walls. Rocksport is proud to be one of the oldest commercial climbing gyms in the United States. Our facility features huge indoor rock climbing walls and 50-foot ceilings. We have gentle challenges for the beginner; moderate terrain for the weekend warrior and fierce overhanging climbing for the expert. The training center improves your mobility, strength and conditioning with our top-notch equipment. Our youth programs offers three levels of youth climbing teams, Pebble Crushers for ages 5 to 7; New School for ages 8 to 12, and old School for ages 13 to 18. Our New York State licensed guides share their passion to experience Adirondack climbing. They offer roadside cragging, lakeside multi-pitch climbs, a back country alpine adventure or try the half-day introduction. The Adirondacks has something for everyone. Our guides have received additional training from the American Mountain Guides Association. We have birthday parties - Mount Marcy is basic; Denali is intermediate, and Mount Everest is Everest.
