Appetizers include Oysters on the half shell, Raw Bar, Shrimp Cocktail, Candied Garlic Spare Ribs, Poutine, Tuna Tartare. Entrees feature Crisp Hudson Valley Duck Breast, Seafood Bouillabaisse, Grilled NY Strip, Chargrilled Colorado Lamb Chops, Organic Chicken Schnitzel, Cranberry and Apple Stuffed Berkshire Pork Chop.
