Oval Craft Brewing is a historic brewery located on the former Air Force Base. It's a small microbrewery producing 10 bbl batches of fine craft beer. OCB beer is available in select restaurants and bars in the Plattsburgh area. Oval Craft also has a tasting room at the brewery where patrons can enjoy a pint, flight or take a growler home.
