A rare rustic gem on one of the most majestic and historic lakes in the United States.

Timberlane is located on 26-timbered acres with 350-feet of waterfront on Lake George - the Queen of the American Lakes. Our vintage resort of nine cottages/cabins provides ample privacy for our guests, their family and friends, and pets.

We offer three unique housekeeping arrangements for your summer vacation getaway.

Hemlock and Pine Cottages are reminiscent of the Great Camp houses, with stone fireplaces and cathedral ceilings. Each sleeps 5 to 6 comfortably with a master and twin bedrooms or bunk-beds Relax and enjoy a view of the lake from canopied porches.

Chestnut and Hickory are attached cabins sharing an large private porch with tables and chairs to relax and enjoy the view the lake. Each sleeps 4 comfortably with a master bedroom and loft with twin beds.

Oak, Birch and Maple are our woodland attached cabins with private screened-in porches for dining or snoozing; a master and twin bedrooms.

Pets Rule! Whether you want to cozy up with your pet on a sofa or snuggle in bed pets are allowed to be leash-free with lots of buddies to romp with.

Our cabins include quilts and bedding; a full array of cookware and updated full appliances. There is lots of memorabilia to get you into the ole' time spirit of being in the Adirondacks. Yes, we have wi-fi., but we hope you will digitally detox during your stay with us.

Our season is from June to September.
