NYS DEC Tug Hill Wildlife Management Area

Formerly known as the Parker Tract, Tug Hill WMA lies near the summit of the Tug Hill Plateau and ranges in elevation from 1840 to 1980 feet above sea level. Tug Hill WMA is surrounded by DEC state forest lands giving hunters the opportunity for a remote hunt. Game species found on and around the WMA include: white tailed deer, brown bear, wild turkey, and ruffed grouse.
