The Horicon Museum affords the visitor a look into the past of the early settlers, their homes, churches, industries, boarding houses and special occasions. Adirondack pioneer home life is presented in a 19th century, 9-room restored farmhouse filled with local history. The collection includes artifacts of antique clothing, furniture, china, quilts and old photographs; horse-drawn farm equipment, old tools, boats. The 1890s farmhouse offer history buffs much to explore.
