The Shirt Factory, a historic factory building in Glens Falls, NY, has been an organic space since opening in 1999. Today it is home to almost 100 working artists in addition to locally owned shops and service related businesses that complement the art vibe that imbues the building. Types of artist here include fiber artists, glass artists, jewelers, metal workers, painters, photographers, potters, wood workers and more. During holiday open houses on the weekend after Thanksgiving and again two weeks later, you will find all studios open as well as local vendors filling the halls. The Shirt Factory is open weekly Thurs.-Sat., 1pm-5pm.
